All live sessions are saved and can be

services. Those who need help with a
creative writing assignment, term paper,
or resume can receive personalized
assistance and analysis through the site’s
Writing Lab.
Another feature is the LEAP learning
platform that helps students pinpoint
exactly where they can improve in a
specific subject. After a skills assessment,
they receive a customized learning plan.
Flashbulb is another resource where
students and teachers can find flashcards
or create their own.
BrainFuse’s HelpNow is not just
for children. There is an Adult Learning
Center, where cardholders can access
High School Equivalency prep, U.S.
Citizenship test prep, resume assistance,
Microsoft Office support, and career
resources. It also offers features such as
Writing Lab, Send Questions, and Skills
Building in the Adult Learning Center
suite. Plus, there is a Foreign Language
Lab for Spanish-Speaking Support.
Library Offers FREE Online Tutoring for Kids and Adults
All children face challenges in school at some time, and not everyone has access to a
tutor to support academic success. Visit shakerlibrary.org and login to Brainfuse Help-
Now, which provides live, on-demand, anytime, anywhere tutoring help.
The easy-to-use and free resource is geared to all ages and learning levels and is
available both in the Library and from home using a Shaker Library card. Designed
to be as intuitive as possible, the program’s Online Classroom is easy to access on a
desktop or laptop, and on tablets and
smartphones through its mobile app.
Students in grades K-12 can receive
live tutoring from 2 to 11 pm every day
