where she
majored in philosophy, was a member of

Library as Technical Services Assistant.
“I have had a reverence for libraries
since I was young, so working in a library

She comes from an extended family of
readers. Her paternal grandmother was a
voracious reader and loved giving books as
gifts. Her father introduced her to Middle

fantastical doors, and her mother began
her career at Cleveland Public Library
before joining the library at NASA Glenn
Research Center where she helped digitize
their collections.
Watson enjoys reading fantasy
and memoirs. “It feels so good to read a
physical book, but it is also very nice to
be able to read or listen to a book while
on the go.” Her favorite books include
