Now in its 24th season, the market offers
fresh and local produce with a neighborly
flair. The market now accepts federal
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance
Program cards. SNAP recipients should visit
the market information table to receive
tokens for purchases. The market also
participates in the Produce Perks Incentive
Program for SNAP users, which matches up
to $20 in fresh fruits and vegetables.

Larchmere Festival & Author Alley
Sponsored by the Larchmere Merchants
Association, this year’s festival celebrates
the color yellow and all its joyful
associations: sunshine, optimism,
lemonade, popcorn, rubber duckies,
sunflowers, and more. The event offers
an eclectic range of creative activities
and vendors, include glassblowing, an
interactive scavenger hunt, balloon artists,
the Chess Challenge, Goat Yoga, local DJs,
and food vendors (including the recently
launched Fredo’s Pizza) and a plethora of
craft, antique, vintage, and recycled items
for sale. Loganberry Books will host the
Annual Author Alley, Cleveland’s largest
annual gathering of local authors.

Exploring the Moon Planetarium Show
On July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong was
the first person to walk on the moon.
Celebrate the 50th anniversary of this
milestone when staff from the Cleveland
Museum of Natural History bring their
out-of-this world, inflatable traveling
planetarium show to the Library.
