Civic Engagement: Your Voice Matters
The more voices the better when it comes to civic engagement. Here’s how to participate in public
meetings, keep up with the latest happenings in local government, and cast your vote on Election Day.
Step 1. Find the name/date of the meeting you would like to attend at shakeronline.com/calendar.
Step 2. Locate the agenda for this meeting at shakeronline.com/AgendaCenter
(NOTE: agendas are posted a day or so before the meeting.
Step 3. Open the agenda to see details for joining the meeting and submitting questions.
(NOTE: meetings are virtual during the COVID-19 pandemic.)

CAST YOUR VOTE
Visit boe.cuyahogacounty.us to register to vote (or update your registration), request your vote-by-mail ballot,
or find your Election Day polling location.
Important deadlines for the November 3 General Election:
OCTOBER 5 — Last day to register to vote
OCTOBER 31 — Last day to request your vote-by-mail ballot (you must request a ballot to vote by mail)
NOVEMBER 2 — Last day to mail your vote-by-mail ballot (it must be postmarked by November 2)
NOVEMBER 3 — Election Day. Check your voting location if you are voting in person. Visit boe.cuyahogacounty.gov
You can drop off your vote-by-mail ballot at the Cuyahoga Board of Elections at 2925 Euclid Avenue through November 3
